Bookkeeper: Pam De Laat
Pam moved to Grimsby in September, 1979 with her husband Frank and two small children Cameron and Jennifer. Family members who lived in the parish encouraged them to get involved with St. Joseph Church ministries and events to connect with other young families and feel at home in their new surroundings.
She joined the Parish Team that fall and has never looked back. She has served as an executive to St. Joseph’s Women’s League and a C.W.L. member now, a member of the Marriage Preparation Team, and co-ordinator of Ruth’s Sisters – a “help one another” group for widows of the parish.
She considers herself blessed to work each day with the prayers, company, and wonderful examples of the many parishioners she has come to love over her tenure.
Evangelization Coordinator: Jody Robertson
Seminarian Intern: Daniel Corso
Daniel is a seminarian for the Diocese of St. Catharines and joins our family of faith for his parish internship year, a very important part of his priestly formation. He was born and raised in St. Catharines and attended St. Ann elementary school and St. Francis Secondary school before moving to Boston, where he studied business and competed as a Division I athlete for Northeastern University. Daniel began his seminary formation in the fall of 2015 at St. Augustine’s Seminary of Toronto, where he has grown in love for his vocation to the priesthood. God willing, Daniel will complete his year of formation here with us and return to St. Augustine’s for another two years of study and formation, to finally return to the Diocese of St. Catharines where he hopes to serve the people of God as a Holy Priest until the day he dies.
